Have you ever seen or tried this easy-peasy mango desert? I do it so often and every time I serve this, someone will be amazed! I can’t even remember who told me about this recipe, but it is definitely always a hit.
4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced, Greek yogurt, Muscavado sugar, a sprig of mint
Place the mango in a bowl or individual bowls (I used glasses)
Spoon over the yogurt with a sprinkle of the muscavado sugar over the top and leave in the fridge for at least 30 min. Serve with a sprig of mint.
